 The PM-1200 imaging
photometer and colorimeter has been specifically designed to deliver
the ideal combination of performance and price for cost sensitive,
production line testing applications. The PM-1200 is economical because
it is based on an uncooled, interline transfer CCD. This architecture
eliminates the complexity and expense associated with an internal
shutter and cooling electronics. On the other hand, the PM-1200 uses
CIE calibrated color filters, together with a relatively high pixel
count (1392 x 1040) CCD and a wide range of high quality imaging
optics. This delivers far superior color accuracy to systems based on
CCDs with integrated color filters, and enables field of view and
spatial resolution to be well matched to the specific needs of the
application.
The PM-1200 is also available with internal ND filters.
